Physical assessments, performed by a certified Corrective Exercise and Functional Movement professional, can be paired with specific exercises to provide relief and restoration.
The results of the assessment will help to discover any muscle imbalances, asymmetries, strength, balance or range of motion issues. These issues may require corrective exercises.
